カナダ出身、全く無名なシンフォニックロック系ジャズロックバンド、パラレルマインドの０５年リリースとなる唯一作。編成は６弦エレクトリックベース、ドラムス、キーボード、トランペットを操る基本３人編成、ゲストにチェロ、ヴァイオリン、マンドリン、合唱隊の参加にて０５年のスタジオ録音盤。首謀者はｋｏｐｅｃｋｙ名義でもプログレ好きに知られるテクニカルベーシストのウィリアムコペッキー。大物スペイスドアウトは別格として隠れた高内容盤が多く眠るカナダのユニコーンレーベルからのリリースでございまして、本作もまた無名の秀逸盤。少しダークな曲想のシンフォニックロックと９０ｓモダンジャズロックを２１世紀型プログレ作法で昇華したような、高難度なフレーズを随所に散りばめて変拍子に複合拍が重厚に駆動し、に加えてオルガンの使用法は７０ｓプログレのツボを心得た絶妙さ。ハッピーザマン、ＫＥＮＳＯ、スペイスドアウトのエッセンスを抽出してＵＫ的な音楽性で総括したようなイメージもあるビックリ内容。PARALLEL MIND-colossus adea(unicorn)
