固めの\“フォーム\”とノーマルな\“フェルト\”の二重構造のワッシャーで、シンバルの鳴りを変化させることができる。シンバルに接する面をフォームにすると、サスティーンのある明るくクリアなサウンドとなり、フェルト面にすると、暖かみのあるやわらかいサウンドとなる。上下のワッシャーのサイズと厚みもそれそれ異なる為、合計8種類の組み合わせができ、スプラッシュシンバルやチャイナシンバル等、必要に応じて揺れ具合も変えることができる。
ダイカストジョイント
ジョイント部は、パイプをグリップするナイロンブッシングを延ばして保持力をアップさせ、耐久性を向上させる対策も万全に。また、ジョイント内部にスリーブを、パイプの先端にはプラスティックキャップを装着して内部でのノイズ発生を防止(2030/1030シリーズ)。2030シリーズにはフィット感の優れたストップロックを装備。
ウイングロック(US.PAT.7176368, 6884015)
シンバルのセット、リセットが瞬時にできる便利な機能。片側のレバーを開いて回転させると、シンバルの揺れを調整でき、両方のレバーを開くとシンバルを簡単に取り出せる。またフェルト下のプラスティック製カップワッシャー(US.PAT.6940006)は、リバーシブルに使えるため、シンバルの揺れをタイトにもルーズにも調整できる。
ユニロック・ティルター
\“ユニロック\”は180°の範囲内で自由なアング ルが得られる、パールのオリジナル機能で、 タムホルダー、シンバル・ティルターに使われている。
