69'Sビンテージ♪Houston Blacklight And Poster Dist Co.製、当時物、オリジナルのZIG-ZAG『Johnny Pot seed』ポスター、爆レアです♪
巻きタバコの紙メーカーZIG-ZAGは、1960-70年代頃のヒッピー、ドラックカルチャー期、大麻を吸うときにジグザグの紙が多く使われておりました♪
トレードマーク、ジグザグマンは、戦時中、壊れたパイプの代わりに紙で葉を巻いたのがきっかけで巻きタバコを広めた兵士だと言われており、現在も人気の高いモチーフです♪
ポスター本体のサイズが88.7cm×57cmくらい、画像のフレームのサイズで90cm×60cmcmくらいと大きめサイズです♪（オマケのフレーム付きでの販売となります）
状態はアメリカで使用されていたUSED、ビンテージものなりの質感、日焼け、色褪せ、折り目、しみ、汚れ、破れ、穴あき、折れ、ビンテージの味、雰囲気、オーラがプンプンの1枚、ヒッピーがマリファナの種を蒔いているデザインとマッチしていて超絶COOLです♪
当方のようにJUNKな雰囲気がお好きな方にはかなりオススメ、お部屋やSHOPのディスプレイに◎♪
イラストレーターのジョージ・グッドによるデザインですが、ジョニー・ポットシードという名前は、アメリカを旅する間にリンゴの種を撒いた民間伝承の英雄、ジョニー・アップルシードに由来しております、ジョニー・ポットシードは都市伝説か？それとも実在の人物なのか？
1968年10月、カリフォルニアの新聞『タイムズ・スタンダード』は、肥沃な土地に大麻の種を撒くヒッピーについての記事を掲載しており、州をまたいで彼を追いかけた捜査官は彼にジョニー・ポットシードというあだ名をつけました。
警察の報告書によると、この植え付け屋は白昼堂々と放棄された農地に大麻の種を撒き、最近植えた場所の地図を作ってヒッピー仲間に送っていたと言われております♪
最近はリプロも出回っている通常カラーバージョンもオリジナルは入手は困難で海外でも高額で取引されておりますが、こちらの白黒バージョンに至っては当方も他に見たことがなく、おそらく色を重ねる前に出回ってしまったものと推測される唯一無二の超絶レアピースです♪
