本書は、2009年刊行以来ご好評いただいている『龍村式 指ヨガ健康法』をリニューアルしたものです。同書は、龍村修先生が長年のヨガ指導の中で研究してきた「指ヨガと手もみ操法」をはじめて一冊の本にまとめた、「龍村式指ヨガの原点」でもあります。「新装ワイド版」では、判型がひと回り大きくなって更に読みやすくなりました。
著者について
1948年、兵庫県生まれ。早稲田大学文学部卒。学生時代の演劇活動の中でヨガに出会い、73年に求道ヨガの世界的権威・沖正弘導師に入門。85年、沖ヨガ修道場長就任を経て、94年4月に独立、龍村ヨガ研究所を開設。国内外でヨガの指導に従事。現在、龍村ヨガ研究所所長、国際総合生活ヨガ研修会主宰、NPO法人日本YOGA連盟副理事長、NPO法人沖ヨガ協会理事長、一般社団法人手のひらセルフケア協会理事長。
