この「イージークラッチキット」は、不可能といわれていたZ系車輌のクラッチワークを、飛躍的に軽くする画期的なシステムキットです。回転摩擦抵抗が非常に大きな“ネジコミ式”のリリースを“3ポイントボール式”とする事により、摺動部が「面」から「点」接触となり回転抵抗を減少させます。
リリースアームをロングリーチ化し、レバー比を最適化する事により、クラッチ ワークをよりいっそう軽くなるように設計しました。
取付けはリリースAssyを固定する2本のボルトを外して付替えるだけのイージー フィット。特殊工具なども必要なく簡単に装着可能。
メンテナンスはSTDと同様にアジャストブッシュボルトの押し加減を調整する だけで使用可能。
フロントスプロケットカバーはSTDはもちろん、Billetクラッチリリースキット （品番72-222/72-224）との併用も可能。 また他メーカー製にもご使用いただけます。
