DJ/サウンド・プロデューサー井上薫と、Port Of Notesの作曲家/ギタリスト/サウンド・プロデューサーDSKこと小島大介が、井上のChari Chari名義の2ndアルバム『In Time』からのシングル・カットとしてワールドワイド・ヒットした名曲「In Time」の共同制作体験から着想を得てスタートさせたギター・インスト・ユニットAurora。ミニマル、アンビエント、チルアウト、アコースティック、トランス、サウダージ、侘び寂び、自然音….様々な音、感覚に影響を受けセッションを重ねて産み落とされた3枚のアルバムから彼等自身が楽曲をセレクト、加えてレア音源、セッションTRK、ニュー・ヴァージョン等の音源を織り交ぜたベスト・アルバム。
