1.植物の状態は写真にてご確認ください。画像商品（現物）をお届けします。2.発送の手続きを進める際に抜き苗で発送いたします。
3.植物の為、写真と多少異なる点がありますので理解ある購入をお願いします。配送中に状態が変わる場合もありますのでご理解いただけますと幸いです。
4.発送前の状態の確認は厳格に行いますが、植物ですので日々の状態の変化があります。棘の折れ、痛み、傷、商品画像撮影時からの変化、また配送中のダメージにご了承頂ける方のみのご入札とさせて頂きます。評価の前にお問い合わせ願います。誤って評価した場合は、対応が出来かねますのでご了承下さい。もし植物が配送中に破損した場合は、荷物を受け取ったらすぐに連絡してください。
5.発送のリードタイムは3~7日間です。原則落札後2営業日以内に発送いたしますが。特別な場合、出荷が遅れる可能性がありますので、ご理解ください。
6.落札後3日以内にご入金がない場合は、キャンセルとさせて頂きます。

輸送中に発生した問題については、出品者が責任を持って対応いたします。商品を受け取られましたら、すぐに植物の状態をご確認ください。もし問題がございましたら、3日以内にご連絡いただければ対応させていただきます。
ただし、3日を過ぎた後に発生した問題や、育成管理中に起きた問題については、購入者様のご負担となります。
