５本の検査紙の先端を採取した尿に「１０秒間」浸す

この英文の下部にある黒い線が尿に浸されると無効です、
検査紙の半分まで浸せば十分です

検査紙を覆っていたカバーを戻して５分待つ
ＣとＴの両方に赤い線の反応が表れると陰性です。
Ｃのみ赤い線だと陽性になります。
赤い線が１本も出ない、もしくはＴのみ赤い線は無効です。
