「ナショナルスタンダード(national standard)」からトートバッグを出品。
帆布（はんぷ）とは、
天然綿素材を平織りで織った厚手の生地で、
帆船の帆に使われていたことから
この名がある。
帆布の特徴は
①丈夫で耐久性がある
②通気性や吸湿性に優れている
③静電気を起こしにくい
④水漏れしにくい
⑤使い込むほどに生地の硬さが和らいで
風合いが変化する
帆布は、バッグやエプロン、カーテンなど
身の回りにあるさまざまな製品に使われ、
電気工事の人たちの
工具袋などにも使用されている。
帆布は、別名「キャンバス」とも呼ばれ、
英語ではcanvas（キャンバス・カンバス）
と呼ばれ、木枠に張られた絵画のキャンバスや、帆布生地のトートバッグを
キャンバスバッグと呼ぶこともある。
厳密にいえば、
海外製のものをキャンバス生地、
日本製のものを帆布という。
このバッグの大きさは
横34cm×高さ30.5cm×マチ厚16cm
ハンドルの長さは45cm
以前、マルイ横浜店にあった
「national standard 横浜店」で
2万2000円前後で購入。
ほぼ未使用だった保管品。
