My旅切手レターブックは、旅をコンセプトに、その地域の特徴ある、あるいは魅力的な景色や生活文化、特産品などを題材とした、特殊切手「My旅切手シリーズ」の発行に合わせて発行された切手帳です。第3集は富士山をテーマにしており、レターブック本体と、第1集で取り上げた意匠（題材）、旅先での手紙の楽しみ方などを紹介するページ14ページと切り離して使える便せん8枚（4種類×各2枚）、封筒4枚、ポストカード4枚、富士山型カード2枚がセットになっています。ただし、この商品は、レターブック本体のみで切手シートは入っておりませんのでご注意ください。
