最近またもや御無沙汰のスティーヴ・グロスマン。彼のトリオによる1990年録音作品。実を言うと、全体的にはあまり、覇気のある演奏とは言い難い内容ですが、その代わり「REFLECTIONS」「SOUL EYES」「I FALL IN LOVE TOO EASILY」といったバラード・ナンバーの数々はどれも素晴らしく、哀愁を帯びつつ人間臭く唄うグロスマンのテナーの魅力がダイレクトに伝わって来ます。
