ビル・オコンネル（1953年8月22日、ニューヨーク市生まれ）は、ジャズピアニスト、教育者、バンドリーダーである。ラテンジャズやハードバップとの関わりが最も深い。オバーリン音楽院でピアノを学んだが、主にニューヨーク市かロングアイランドに住んでいた。ニュージャージー州ラトガース大学ニューブランズウィックキャンパスのメイソングロス芸術学校でジャズピアノを教えている。キャリアの初期にはチェット・ベイカーやソニー・ロリンズと共演。1982年から2017年にかけてはデイヴ・ヴァレンティンと頻繁にコラボレーションやツアーを行っている。
