エプソムソルトとは、「硫酸マグネシウム（※保湿成分）」のこと。
純粋なミネラルの結晶です。
15～16世紀に、イングランドのエプソムという町で発見され、白い結晶が塩に似ていることから、名づけられたと言われています。
欧米では古くから、入浴に使用されています。
＜ご使用方法＞
浴槽の湯（約180～200L）に本品100～200gを入れ、よくかき混ぜてからご入浴ください。
＜入浴するときのポイント＞
入浴前や入浴後にしっかり水分補給をしていただくことをおすすめします。
長時間の入浴はのぼせの原因となる場合がありますので、お控えください。
お風呂上りは安静にしてゆっくりと体を休めてください。
