法被の着方で一番の疑問点は、
左右どちらのエリが上に来るのか！？
ということだと思います。
左エリが上です！！
ここで言う「左エリ」とは、自分から見て左側のエリのことです。
つまり、自分の左手の方のエリになります。
和装用語では
右前と言われます。
左エリが上にくるのですが、「右前」と呼ぶので、勘違いしている方も多いです。
ややこしいのでご注意ください。
