落葉低木
別名：ブルンフェルシア
【名前の由来】
花に香りがあり、ジャスミンに花が似ていることから
【商品情報】ニオイバンマツリは3mになる落葉低木です。南アメリカ原産です。葉は硬質で葉脈が目立ちません。花はジャスミンに似ています。紫から白に変化します。幹はあまり太くなりません。花からは甘い香りがします。熱帯の植物寒さに弱いです。基本的に霜よけで越冬しますが寒さが強い場合は枯れてしまうことがあります。

土質はあまり選びません。寒さにあまり強くありません。寒さが厳しい場所では鉢植えで管理します。
