ポンチ式ハンドプレス用穴開け打駒です。
ハンドプレスは付属しませんのでご注意ください。
2、2.5、3、3.5、4、4.5mmの6個セットになります。
布や革をほとんど音無しで穴あけできます。
今まで沢山の方から喜びの声を頂いております。
ハンドプレスにて使用しますので、音はほとんどしません。
深夜のアパート等でも気にせず穴あけ出来ます！
試しに5ミリのサドルレザーに穴を開けてみましたが、
音もなく、女性の力でも簡単に穴が開きます。
帆布のような硬い布、アクリルテープなども簡単に穴あけできます。
※打駒(刃)のみの販売です。
写真に写っているハンドプレス、ゴム板、革などは付属しません。
レザークラフト用に売っている一般的なハンドプレスに対応しています。
日本産のハンドプレスで、汎用レザークラフト用の駒(カシメ等)が使えるものであれば装着できます。
プレス機の力は十分過ぎるため、
ハンドプレスのアームを軽く叩く様にして弱めの力で十分穴あけできます。
強い力で一気に貫通すると、穴が大きくなります。
※取り付けネジはきっちり合いませんが、
ネジを回していくと1〜2山程度ひっかかり問題なく固定できます。
※ネジがきっちりハマるものは1つの穴につき1〜2万円かかります。
そのような高いものではありませんので、ネジがぴったり合わないことはご了承ください。
大量生産品の為、寸法を重視する方は不向きです。製造メーカーの呼称の穴径を書いています。
製造時の誤差、穴の開け方、素材等、様々な要因で開けた穴の大きさは変わります。それは市販のポンチでも同じです。
それぞれの素材での正確な穴の大きさは保証致しかねます。
