農薬は一切使わず、土に肥料も施さず、手間ひまかけてお世話し作られた、究極の自然栽培農法の黒小豆です。
自然に限りなく近い農法なので、一粒一粒に自然の恵みがギュっと詰まっています。
生産者は熊本県の豊永佐代子さん、本当に安心して食べられるものを作りたいとの信念より、この無肥料・無農薬での栽培を25年以上続けています。
時にはイノシシに畑を荒らされたり、野菜を虫に食べられたり、といったこともありますが、これも自然との共存と考えられておられます。
他にも、タヌキやムジナやサル、シカが現れることもある、自然に恵まれた地です。
自然のあるがままに育った農産物は、一般的な慣行栽培や有機栽培のものと比べ、生命力に満ち溢れております。
