久留米豚骨棒状 ラーメン 丸幸ラーメンセンター」は、
昭和40年の創業以来、 コクのあるクリーミーな豚骨ラーメンで
老若男女問わず 人気の九州の老舗ラーメン店です。
店主監修のもと、 クリーミーな豚骨ラーメンを
棒状ラーメンで仕上げました。
めんは厳選した小麦粉を使用し、
22番切刃で切り出した中細仕様。
かやくとして店舗をイメージした紅しょうが付き。
「丸幸ラーメンセンター」（まるこうラーメンセンター）とは、
地元で知らない人はいないほどの知名度 を誇っている
国道3号線沿いの 大箱ロードサイト店で、
“国道系ラーメン” とも呼ばれているのですが、
駐車場100台・客席150席という キャパシティの
超大箱店にもかかわらず、 舌の肥えた地元民に愛され、
昼時には店内全席埋まって 外にも
列ができるほどの人気ぶり。
丸幸ラーメンセンターは昭和40年（1965年）2月創業となる
老舗ラーメン店なのですが、
そのルーツは昭和27年（1952年）
久留米市日吉町の文化街入口に開業した
「幸陽軒」（こうようけん）にあり、
初代店主・原口幸春氏は食べ歩きの経験を活かした
見様見真似の独学でラーメンを始め、
当時わずか席数18席で1日500〜600杯を売り上げる
伝説のラーメン店に育て上げたそうです。
