商品解説■王政ローマ、共和政ローマ、そして、帝政ローマへと続く古代ローマにおいて、人々の娯楽の一つとして行われていたのが剣闘士、グラディエーターによる試合でした。
特にウェスパシアヌス皇帝がコロッセオとして知られる円形闘技場を建設すると、グラディエーターたちによる試合が人気を集めるようになりました。
それらの試合はしばしば、ミュルミドーン人やトラキア人、レティアリイなど、異なる民族、人種間で試合を行っていました。
その衣装や戦闘スタイルの違いが観衆を楽しませたのです。
キットでは古代ローマ時代の剣闘士、グラディエーターを1/32スケールで再現するプラモデルフィギュア組み立てキットです。
セットは10ポーズ、10体のフィギュアがセットされています。
戦闘中の動きにあふれたファイティングポーズでモデル化しています。
中には2体の女性剣闘士も含まれています。
