説明 商品の説明 横アーチを作り、疲れを緩和する外反母趾矯正用サポーターです。歩くことにより足の裏の筋肉(横中足靭帯)を鍛え、横アーチの再形成をサポートします。はじめての外反母趾対策に。五本指タイプ。左右兼用、2枚入り。 より 外反母趾とは 外反母趾は身体の中心から見て、親指が外側に向くので外反母指と言われています。その原因は様々ですが、主に足底筋肉の衰えによる、足指関節（靭帯）のゆるみが起因する場合が多い。 徐々に進行する場合があるので早めの対処がおすすめ。 対処方法 中足関節がゆるむと扁平足や親指、小指が曲がりやすくなる。靴を履くと指先が押され、さらに曲がりやすくなる。 対策として中足関節を固定すると、足はアーチ状になり外反母趾の痛みや進行の緩和が期待できる。 歩行らくらくサポーターは中足間接を固定し、装着して歩く事で、足の裏の筋肉を鍛え、横アーチを再形成させることを目的にしている。 監修：笠原巌先生 笠原接骨院院長。数多くの外反母趾の方を処置し、外反母趾の研究をしている。足の不安定は身体全体のバランスに影響する場合があります。 足指ぐるぐる体操 現代は舗装された道、靴社会、モータリゼーションの高まりで歩く機会がますます減っています。 ぞうり、下駄など利用していた時代は足指を使い歩いていたので、現在のように足のトラブルはなかったと考えられます。 タコ、ウオノメ、外反母趾など足のトラブルになりやすい方は、足指が曲がりにくく足関節が棒のようになっている場合があります。指関節のストレッチや体操で足指を動かしてみては如何でしょうか。
