徳林寺は、旧野尻村にあり現在の昭和村に現存しています。道正庵は、京都にあった曹洞宗寺院。現在の京都府京都市上京区道正町のあたりにあったらしい。道元に随従して入宋したとされる木下道正の旧跡。江戸時代、寺社伝奏の勧修寺家との窓口役だった。永平寺末・総持寺末を問わず、曹洞宗の高僧が出世・瑞世・転衣・僧官授与・国師号禅師号下賜などを朝廷に申請する時には必ず道正庵の仲介を必要とし、上洛の際の宿坊にもなった。
創建不詳。木下道正の庵が起源ともいう。 道正は道元に随行して入宋したと伝える。
曹洞宗の縁を通じて島津家とのつながりが強く、島津家の京都での拠点の一つとなった。 江戸時代、19世卜順が本山および公卿たちとの関係強化に成功し、発展の基盤を固めた。家祖が道元に随従したという伝説の流布に努め、「神仙解毒万病円」という薬の独占的な製造販売権を確保した。
この薬は全国の曹洞宗寺院に販売。配下に150人ほどの販売員がいた。各地で偽商品が出回ると訴えて処分を求めた。 入宋中、道正にこの薬の製法を神授したのが稲荷神であり、道正庵の鎮守として道正庵稲荷神社があった。 地誌などをみると寺院というより薬屋として世間には認識されていたようにも思える。
明治に廃絶したらしいが明確な経緯は不詳。道正町の地名に痕跡を留めるのみ。
全国の曹洞宗寺院に関わる多くの古文書が伝わるが、本格的な調査研究は近年始まったところのようである。出典：神殿大観
