日立製２ＳＣ２６１０、未使用品１０本組です。シリコンＮＰＮ三重拡散型構造を持ち、映像出力増幅用・高電圧増幅用として設計された品種です。

ＴＶ等の映像増幅用品種は高周波汎用のトランジスタであれば何でも良い、と考えがちです。
しかし実際にはＤＣ帯から５ＭＨｚ位までを平坦に増幅する広帯域アンプとしていくつかの要求項目があります。
１）ゲインが高いこと
２）コレクタ容量の小さなこと
３）直線性が良いこと(歪みが少ないこと)
こういった基準を満たす物が晴れてその座に君臨できたわけです。
