幼い頃に砂浜で時間を巻き戻せる腕時計を拾ったヘジャ(ハン・ジミン)。その腕時計を使って時間を戻すと、その分、人より早く成長してしまうことに気づき封印を決意する。時を経て、25歳になったヘジャは、アナウンサーを目指すも厳しい現実にぶつかる。気の置けない親友たちに励まされながら、心が折れそうな日々を送っていた。そんなある日、ヘジャは放送部の集いで記者志望のジュナ(ナム・ジュヒョク)と出会う。心に傷を抱え、アル中の父を避け祖母と暮らしてきたジュナ。父のせいで引越しを繰り返し、どこか周りと馴染めずに過ごしてきた。ジュナはヘジャと会ううちに、感情の赴くままに行動する明るい彼女に好奇心を抱くように。そしてヘジャもジュナに惹かれていく。そんな折、ヘジャの父(アン・ネサン)が突然交通事故で亡くなる。父を救うため不思議な腕時計で時間を戻そうとするヘジャだが、幾度時間を戻しても、事故を防ぐことができず途方に暮れる。数十回と試みるうちに遂に父を助けることに成功するが、鏡を見ると、自分の姿が70歳くらいのおばあさん(キム・ヘジャ)に変わっていた…。
