「うまかっちゃん 博多からし高菜風味」は、
博多のラーメン屋さんでおなじみのからし高菜の
風味と辛さに、唐辛子の辛味を効かせ特徴づけたすっきりした
とんこつスープのラーメン(らーめん)。
うまかっちゃんとは、1979年に九州で発売され、
現在も根強い人気を誇るとんこつ味のインスタントらーめんです。
九州で売れる商品の開発を試みて誕生したのがうまかっちゃんでした。
とんこつ味を主体にからし高菜風味など数種類の味を展開しています。
発売以来、様々な味のとんこつらーめんを世に出し、
現在も地元九州をはじめたくさんの人々に深く愛されています。
作り方 1.約550ml(3カップ弱)の水を沸騰させ、めんを入れ、ほぐしながら約3分ゆでます。かためのめんをお好みの場合は、ゆで時間をやや短くしてください。
2.めんがゆであがったら火をとめ、粉末調味料を加えます。
3.器に移し、調味オイルを加えます。 (お好みにより、焼き豚、メンマ、きくらげ、ねぎ、紅しょうが、ごまなどをのせれば、いっそうおいしく召し上がれます。)
