シリコン樹脂塗装自体は調理しているうちに自然に取れていきます。食品衛生法の規格に適合したもの使用しておりますので、人体には無害ですので、体内に入っても吸収されず体外に排出されるのでご安心ください。
使い込んでいくとコーティングが取れてしまい、鉄がむき出しの状態になります。錆びやすい状態になりますので、鍋の表面に薄く油を塗布してください。
取手も鉄製の為、調理中や直後には熱くなります。鍋つかみ等をご使用下さい。
