フランス国立管弦楽団を指揮した単発録音。明るめの音色で若きマーラーの率直な心情を爽やかに描きあげた快演です。6年後のウィーン・フィルとの全集録音では方針をがらりと転換し、全体に遅いテンポをとるようになったため、この演奏とはトータルで約7分もタイムが違っています。
