ソプラノからコントラルトまでの幅広い声域と豊かな声量を兼ね備え、ジャズ・ボーカル史上Billie Holiday、Ella Fitzgerald とともに女性ジャズ・ヴォーカリスト御三家の一人と言われるSarah Vaughan の1981年の作品。バックを務めるはCount Basie Orchestra(Count Basie 自身は高齢のため不参加)。得意のスキャット曲も多数収録されつつ、Count Basie Orchestra の面目躍如なスウィング曲もあり。
