農薬は一切使わず、土に肥料も一切施さず、自家採取した種を使い、自然本来の姿で栽培されました。
生産者は、農の道を一筋に歩む奈良県の羽間一登さんです。
収穫後は、機械を使わずに、ハサカケ天日干し・ムシロ仕上げ天日干しで乾燥をしております。
そのため雑穀本来の深い味が楽しめます。
自然栽培をはじめる前は休耕田でしたので、約20年以農薬も肥料も使用されていない田んぼです。
自然のエネルギーとぬくもりの心に育まれた古代米(黒米)です。
お好みでお米に混ぜてお召し上がりください(*^^*)
尚、別雑穀米が若干混ざってることがございますが何卒ご了承ください。
≪黒米の栄養≫---------
雑穀米は白米に比べ、食物繊維，カルシウム，カリウム，マグネシウム，鉄分，ビタミンなどが非常に多く含まれ、とても栄養豊富です。
黒米は上記の他に、アントシアニンが多く含まれ、薬米の別名をもっていて薬膳料理にも使用されます(^-^)
