将来を嘱望された中央情報局員だったペク・シユン(パク・シフ) は、3年前のとある任務中に起きた事件の真相を探るため、現在は、情報局のOBたちが集う「Bar隣人」を買い取り経営している。ある日、シユンは「Bar隣人」のアルバイト、ジョンヨン(ユリ) とその友人が暴漢に襲われそうになっているところに遭遇する。正体を隠しておきたいシユンはとっさにキャップとマスクで顔を隠し、2人を助ける。ジョンヨンはそれ以来、自分たちを助けてくれた人物の正体を探ろうとする。一方、警察官志望のチャンギュ(イ・スヒョク) はひょんなことから出会った警察官テホ(チョ・ソンハ) の依頼で情報局のOBを尾行していた。ところがある日、そのOBが殺されてしまう。そんな中シユンの前に、3年前の事件以来連絡を絶っていた元恋人ソアン(チェ・ユンソ) が現れるのだが――。
