東芝製２ＳＡ５２５、未使用品２本セットです。ゲルマニウムＰＮＰエピタキシャルメサ型構造を持ち、ＦＭチューナー用に開発された品種です。
２ＳＡ２３９・Ａ２４０・Ａ５２５は兄弟種で、各々役割分担がありました。
２ＳＡ２３９：局部発振
２ＳＡ２４０：周波数混合
２ＳＡ５２５：高周波増幅
※リード線には工場出荷時に予め予備ハンダが施されています。
※長期保管品につき筐体の汚れや擦過傷などは現状渡しにてお願いします。
