下り坂でジャンプしたりコウモリのフンに当たっただけで死亡する、史上最弱の主人公を操るアクションゲーム。
PS4/PS Vitaで配信されていた「みんなでスペランカーZ」から課金要素を廃止した、アレンジ移植作品。
コラボ衣装が無い、マルチプレイの人数が6人から4人に減っている、等の違いはあるが、ステージ自体はおそらくほぼ同じ内容。
（みんなでスペランカーZは序盤しかやってないので詳しく知らない）
みんなでスペランカーZは既にサービス終了しているので、今でも楽しめるのはこの作品だけとなる。
余談だが、このゲームの主人公は「スペランカー」ではなく、彼の幼馴染で近所に住んでいる「スペラン子」。
