スイッチを入れても空回りして格納しない場合、内部のギアが不良の可能性が高いです。
モーター音がしない場合はモーター故障の可能性が高いです。
スペーシアのドアミラーは長年乗ると、純正は樹脂製ギアの為ミラー開閉で割れます。私も左サイドミラーがモーター空回り音がして動かなくなり、樹脂製から金属製へと交換しました。
同じ境遇でDIYでお安く交換したい人にオススメ致します。
シャフトは付属しておりません。金属ギヤを付け替えて交換して下さい。

※未使用品ですが汚れ等があることがあります。気になる方は購入をお控え下さい。
参考
平成26年4月以降の車両は30歯ギアが使われているものが多く、ミラー下のギアボックス固定部のネジがトルクスネジ3つ(画像あり）になっていることが多いです。
ミラー底のモーターユニットのネジが

トルクスネジ→30歯
となっている傾向がありますが絶対ではありません。
