いままで自身が食べたスコーンの中でもこのレシピが断トツで1番美味しいと自信をもっておすすめいたします。

スコーン歴10年のお菓子屋さんが真剣に考えた絶品スコーンです。
自身が昔からあまり市販のスコーンが好きでは無かったので自分が食べたくなるスコーンを思案して作りました。
生クリームとフレッシュバターを独自の配合で贅沢に生地に練り込んでおりますので濃厚でしっとりとした食感に焼き上がっております。
クロテットクリームやジャム無しで食べても美味しいです。
乳化剤や保存料は使用してませんが、生地練りにひと工夫してますので冷凍しても分離しにくく解凍後も美味しく召し上がっていただけます。
解凍後に少しトースターで温めるとサックリした食感が戻ります。
原材料も厳選して少量のベーキングパウダー以外は添加物等も入っておりません。
表示シールで記載の通りバターと生クリームが2番目3番目とふんだんに使用してますので原価もかなりかかってます(^^)b
