■三島由紀夫が愛したホテルとは明治大学Campus横の『山の上ホテル』ですが、私も三島由紀夫に絆されて、一度愚妻と春先に宿泊した事が有ります。Retro感が漂う外観及び館内で自ずと厳かな気分に為りました。部屋の窓は眺望出来ない階でしたので、閉塞感が有りましたが…。
宿泊の直前にお宝鑑定団の中島誠之助氏がテレビで紹介して居た、館内喫茶室の名物Hot Apple Pieを食しましたが中々美味かったですね。私は半世紀以上の趣味で神保町古書街は何度も蕩尽してましたが、神田ニコライ堂は未踏でしたので宿泊した序でに詣でました。また夜の神保町界隈にはまた別の【未見の魅力】が有りましたね。宿泊故の恩恵でした。
