１９９５年プリンスが”ＴＯＲＡ ＴＯＲＡ”名義で参加したＮＰＧ（ニュー・パワー・ジェネレーション）のアルバム『エクソダス』の制作過程で生まれた後に発表されるオリジナル・アルバムとは内容の異なる編集によるアルバム・コンフィギュレーションを再現した注目のコンピレーションが登場！ＣＤ１には９４年６月のファースト・バージョンを収録。この時点では曲数も少なめながら映画のサントラ的なセグエを含めアルバムの原型は完成されていたのが判ります。エクストラとしてシングルとなる「ゲット・ワイルド」のリミックスとアルバム未収録「フリー・ザ・ミュージック」も収録。ＣＤ２には９４年１２月のセカンド・バージョンを収録。新たに収録曲を増やして大幅に曲順も変更、後に外された「スレイブ～アクノウリッジ・ミー」「スーパーヒーロー」やライブ仕立ての「ＦＵＮＫＹ」「プラウド・メアリー」等、全体的にファンク色も強く未発表に終わったのが惜しまれる内容は見逃せません。（収録曲の一部はあえてＣＤ１とは別ミックスに差し替え）さらにエクストラでは貴重なＴＶライブ・パフォーマンスも収録。リミックス＆リマスターで再構築した『ザ・ベスト・エクソダス・オルタネイティヴス』に続いてアルバムの原型を再現した注目の最新コレクターズ・エディションです！！
