春陽会員。
略歴
1947年 東京都練馬区生まれ
1965年 多摩美術大学絵画部油絵科入学
1968年 末広正樹のもとでリトグラフ、駒井哲郎のもとで
銅版画の実習を受ける
1969年 銀座ルナミ画廊にて最初の個展を開催
(写真・石版画・銅版画・シルクスクリーン)
1971年 東京藝術大学大学院版画専攻科入学、本格的に銅版画を始める
1972年 東京藝術大学美術科公募展大橋賞受賞
1974年 渡欧、スペインを中心にヨーロッパ各地を旅する、
その後、南米ベネズエラに渡る
春陽会に初出品し連作 《四獣視姦思考 (nos.1.2) が
新人賞を受賞したことで注目を集める。
1975年 ベネズエラ・アルマンドレベロン美術学校にて
特別版画教授として半年間銅版画を教える、その後、帰国。
1976年 第53回春陽会展にて研究賞受賞。
東京版画研究所にて講師を勤める
1978年 第55回春陽会展にて岡鹿之助賞受賞、準会員に推挙される。
1980年 銅版画集「我心の部屋」77ギャラリーより刊行限定77部、
第57回春陽会展にて会員に推挙される。
1981年 銅版画集「乾いた黙想」新宿椿近代画廊にて刊行、限定100部
1983年 形象社にて「吉田勝彦版画集」刊行、刊行記念展が
形象ギャラリーにて開催
1985年 春陽会を脱会する
1988年 銅版画集「森」限定85部ギャラリー池田美術にて刊行
1991年 銅版画集「隅田川河岸」限定85部ギャラリー池田美術にて刊行
