一般的なダイオードの電圧降下は、0.7V 前後ですが、こちらのショットキー バリアダイオードの場合、
電圧降下は、僅か 最大 0.37 V 程度 (順電流 1.0mA 前後の場合) となります。
逆電圧は 30V まで耐圧がございます為、一般的な保護回路用途としてもご使用頂けます。
特に、Arduino Uno / Nano などの入出力端子を、誤ってショートさせてしまった場合に、
よく破損する電子部品ですので、修理用途としてよく利用される電子部品となります。
