《落札後に関しまして》
落札後、24時間以内のご連絡、36時間以内のご入金が出来ない方の入札はご遠慮下さい。尚、確認が取れない場合には、キャンセルしたとまなさせて頂きます。その場合、システム上【非常に悪い落札者】の評価がつきますので迅速な対応宜しくお願い致します。
《引き取り限定》、発送不可になります。土曜日か日曜日早朝（早ければ早い程良いです）~AM9時までとさせて頂きます。※平日不可。（落札後要相談)
※引き渡し場所はコンビニ駐車場などになる場合も御座います。軽自動車のワンボックスタイプでしたら乗ります。普通車でしたら寝かせれば乗ると思います。ブルーシート、ロープなど持参して下さい。基本画像のまま(葉は束ね無い状態）で引き渡しになります。葉を束ねる場合には、落札者様にお手伝いして頂きます。万一、葉、葉先など折れた場合には、値引きなど致しませんので予めご了承下さい。
※茨城県からの出品になります。圏央道五霞インターから約30分位になります。最寄り駅は、栃木県野木駅、茨城県古河駅共に15分位になります。その他詳細につきましては、落札後にさせて頂いております。
※当方、日時都合が会えば(◎平日不可◎土曜日又は日曜日、早朝~8時30分着日時の指定不可）片30km位でしたら配達も致します。ただし、配達料金として現金払い5000円頂きます。
【商品説明】
耐寒性がとても強く野外で管理しています。多少の葉の傷みありますが、株は元気に育っています。
◆ココスヤシ：高さ約鉢底～葉先まで150cm前後になります。
※画像9・10枚目を良くご確認下さい、葉先折れあり。
※野外管理の為め、葉の傷み、キズ、カット、変色、所々あります。画像に写っていない部分にも、多少あります。成長には問題ありません。商品が植物であることをご理解無い方の入札はご遠慮ください。
※お支払いは落札後、かんたん決済でお願い致します。引き渡し、配達当日の現金払い不可。
