お支払い完了後、7-10日くらいで発送します。
連休前後や繁忙期はさらに日数がかかる場合があります。
特長は６つあります
・ステンレス製なので壷のように欠けたり、割れたりしません （強い衝撃でへこむことはあります）
・釜の大きさは、持ち手を除いて約３８cmなので少スペースです。 高さは約５０cmです。
・軽いので、店頭やキッチンカー、移動販売にも持ち運びが楽です。
・火力が弱まれば炭の追加が容易にできるように側面にフタがあります。
・上蓋を開けずに芋の出し入れができるので庫内の温度をキープできます。
・ガスや薪と比べて、炭は調達がしやすくて安価に調理ができます
陶器製の壺焼きは、衝撃で欠けたり、割れたりしやすいです。
