オイルパンの形状に合わせ加工・装着する 汎用型バッフルプレート
スポーツ走行時の加減速やコーナリングGによって、車両に姿勢変化や慣性力が生じたとき、オイルパン内ではエンジンオイルの偏りが発生します。
このバッフルプレートをオイルパンの形状に合わせ、また、ストレーナーを囲むように加工・装着することで、常に安定したオイル供給を実現します。
■ オイルパン内のオイルの片寄り
純正のオイルパンはオイルの片寄りが大きいと、ストレーナーの吸い口からエアを吸い込み、オイルラインの中にエアが回ります。
一瞬、一部分の油膜が切れただけでも金属同士の接触となって、爆発的に温度が急上昇し、エンジン焼き付きの原因となってしまいます。
■ ワンウェイ式ゴムバルブ採用
ワンウェイ式のゴムバルブにより、常にストレーナー吸い口周りにオイルをキープします。
