「マルマン イチョウ葉エキス 200粒」は、フラボノイドやテルペンラクトンが高含有のイチョウ葉エキスに、
DHAや大豆レシチンなどをブレンドした活性・栄養補助食品です。
イチョウ葉エキス末を1粒当たり40mg配合。また、フラボノイド9.6mg以上、テルペンラクトン2.4mg以上の
ハイグレード素材のみを使用しています。
イチョウ葉エキスとは 乾燥させてイチョウの葉を水やエタノールに漬け、成分を抽出したものです。
イチョウ葉には30種類以上のフラボノイド類や、テルペノイド類のギンコライド、ビロバライトなどが含まれています。
イチョウの出現は約2億5千年前であるとされています。
大豆レシチンとは 大豆由来のレシチンで、ホスファチジルコリンとも呼ばれます。
レシチンは卵黄や酵母などにも含まれているリン脂質の一種です。
人の体内にも細胞膜などの生体膜や脳、神経組織の主要な構成成分として存在しています。
そのため、脳の栄養素として期待されています。
また、レシチンはその構造に水になじみやすい（親水）部分と、油になじみやすい（親油）部分を併せ持っているため、
