三温糖のコクのある甘さと、かつお、昆布の風味がかぼちゃの味を引き立てます。
【作り方】
ステップ1：鍋に油小さじ1を熱し、中火で鶏ひき肉をほぐしながら火が通るまで炒めます。
ステップ2：火を消して水100mlと本品1袋を加えて、よく混ぜます。
ステップ3：かぼちゃは皮を下にして入れ中火で煮立たせます。
ステップ4：落とし蓋をして、弱火で約10分、かぼちゃがやわらかくなるまで煮たら、出来上がりです。
【かぼちゃの下ごしらえ】種とわたを取り除きます。ラップに包み、電子レンジで加熱し、3ｃｍ角に切ります。
