MMR メタルヘッドガスケット NISSAN ：RB20DE(T) ☆ 新品・未開封 ☆ 【製品説明】 MMR社メタルガスケットは、様々な役割を持たせた多機能タイプのメタルガスケットです。最も重要な“燃焼ガスの吹き抜けのストッパー”としての役割は、表面にフッ素コーティングを施した上でグロメットとビートを設けることで対応。エンジンによっては対向タイプのビートを設け、燃焼圧力の吹き抜けを防いでいます。もうひとつの役割は、ガスケットの厚みを変えることで圧縮比の変更を可能にしています。
また、ノーマルエンジンからチューニングエンジンそれぞれの用途に最適に対応するべく、0.7mm～2.6mmまで様々な厚みを用意し、ノーマルと比べて圧縮比を高くすることも低くすることも可能にしています。さらにウォーターラインの大きさをガスケットで調整し、冷却水のオリフィス的な役目を果たすことでエンジンの熱分布を均一化。ヒートスポットを作らないように冷却水の流れをコントロールしています。 MMR社は国内最大のメタルヘッドガスケット製造老舗メーカーです。有名チューニングメーカーでは限られたエンジンに対してある程度のボア径と厚さを用意し商品設定をしていますが、当店ではMMR社ガスケットを300種程出品させて頂いております。 また、出品には無いエンジンのガスケット製作もしておりますのでご相談下さい。
