裏に折り返しのあるヨーロッパ系のシングルジャケット仕様で
裏に歌詞などが載せられています。
盤は白い無地の紙製インナースリーヴに収められています。

背表紙付近や上下端に軽い折れスジがそこそこあったり
盤の取り出し口 上下端が少し裂けていたリ
軽く折れている部分がややあったり
端や角に コーティングが剥がれている部分がややあったり
表 裏とも軽くスレて 盤の丸い跡が付いていたリ 軽いスリキズがややあったり
経年変化だと思われるシミや黄ばみがあるのを感じるなどの傷みががあります。
カンパニースリーヴに少し折れている部分が1ヶ所あったり
