作家さんコメント
4mmのマザーオブパールとメタルビーズに、変形マーキスカットのコッパーカルサイトをチェーンでつなぎました。
コッパーカルサイトは細かく砕いたカルサイトとコッパー(銅)を圧縮して再生成したコンポジットストーンです。1つ1つ違う独特な風合いが魅力的で、角度によってコッパーの輝きが石の中に現れます。
のろぺこコメント
先端で揺れるコッパーカルサイトのどこか大理石にも似た表情が印象的です。
ゴールドカラーと合わせたデザインは品と落ち着きがあって、上品な魅力がさりげなく目を惹きつけます。
コッパーカルサイトやマザーオブパールは、丁寧なめがね留めで繋いであります。ワイヤーを巻き付けて繋ぐめがね留めは、外れることなくしっかり繋がれるのが特徴。手間も時間もかかる手法ですが、その分、この作家さんのように丁寧に仕上げられたものとても質感高いです。
モチーフが外れないよう、イヤリング金具とモチーフも丸カンをダブルで繋いであります。
オトナっぽい魅力がきらめく素敵なイヤリングです。
