大きく「AFFIDAVITS=宣誓供述書」と記載されており、周りには全米の取扱店からの賛辞で埋め尽くされています。
年代は中央のギャランティーチケットに描かれている王冠デザインがまだ「B&L」表記ですので、創業当初「1903-1913」の物と分かります。
とても薄い紙に印刷されており、110年以上前の物となると他に現存していない珍品だと思います。
