| ■商品説明 | フランスの画家。パブロ・ピカソと共にキュビスムを代表する画家として知られています。22歳のとき、パリに出て美術学校に通い美術を学びました。初期の頃はアンリ・マティスの影響を受け、野獣派の 作品を制作していましたが、1907年、ピカソの『アヴィニオンの女達』を見たことで衝撃を受け、以降、ピカソと共に キュビズムを発展させていくことになります。キュビズム時代はピカソと非常に良く似た画風の作品を制作していたそうですが、次第に独自の道を歩み始め、後世になお残す画家となりました。しかし晩年は静物画、室内画を中心に装飾性と単純化を押し進め、平明で抑制された作風になっていきました。 |
