八助梅は実はあんず！ 青森県は長野県と並ぶ、あんずの産地です。
青森県の南部地域では、昔からあんず（八助梅）を梅漬けとしていました。
大きくシャリッとした果実を甘酸っぱく味付け、シソ漬けにしたものは、独特の食感とフルーティーな味わいで子供からお年寄りまで大好き！（しかし、ずっと梅だと思ってましたが・・・・）
1個40-60g前後になります。
梅干し、干しあんずやシロップ漬け、ジャムなどにいかがでしょうか。
