イグナイター基板回路の電子部品の電解コンデンサ、トランジスタを交換修理致します。
イグナイター基板の回路は電解コンデンサが使用されていますが、
電解コンデンサは約１０年で寿命のため、性能劣化・故障します。
イグナイター要因の点火不良は、９割方この部品の故障です。
症状ですが、
始動不良
走行中の失火による回転ばらつき
しばらく走行後、暖まってからしか出ない点火不良
キーをオンにしてしばらくしてからセルを回すと始動する、などなど
また、点火用トランジスタもエンジン１万回転だと5000回ものオンオフを
1分間に繰り返しており、発熱などで故障しやすい部品です。
発売からすでに20年以上経過していますので
コンデンサ、トランジスタの交換修理をお勧めします。
イグナイターは新品で￥40000近く高価です。
電気的には新品同等の性能になるためお得です。

出品されている修理作業ですが、基板取り扱いの技術者が
温度調整式半田ごてを使用し、最適条件でダメージを与えることなく修理します。

配線間違いや、過電流などで基板本体に損傷がある場合は修理出来ません。
明らかに損傷のある場合は説明資料添付し、手数料￥2000を落札代金から引いた
金額を返金、イグナイターを元払いで返送致します。

修理後、元払いでイグナイターを返送致します。
修理期間は、こちらに到着後３～７日ほどで返送致します。
・実働中古品との差はあるか？
実働品であれコンデンサ等の経年劣化は、間違いなくしています。
中古品はいつ壊れるか分からないので、電子部品新品交換修理をお勧めします。
・使用する電子部品は日本製か？
トランジスタ、コンデンサ共に日本トップメーカー製のみ使用しています。
