英国の陶芸家ジェニー・ウィンスタンレイ(2004年没)の手による貴重なヴィンテージ作品です。さらにこの作品は、彼女の初期作品で、その証に裏には「kensington」と書かれています。英国陶芸家のジェニー・ウィンスタンレイ女史の手によるの素敵なヴィンテージの作品です。
ウィンスタンレイ・キャット(ケンジントンキャット)は、一点一点丁寧に作られており、一目みればそのクオリティーの高さは伝わってきます。
後継者による近年物と比べるとウィンスタンレイ女史自身の手によるヴィンテージ物には、やはり威厳と優雅さを備えた深みと奥行きを感じます。
また、ウィンスタンレイの特徴であるキャセドラル・グラス・アイと呼ばれるその目は、愛くるしく、こちらの視線を追いかけてきます。
ウィンスタンレイ自筆のサインが書かれている素晴らしいヴィンテージ作品のシャム猫で、モデルナンバー「47」の文字も裏に書かれています。
